Southern Exposure Surf School, based in Torquay, Victoria 3228, offers private and public Learn to Surf lessons (2 hours), 3-day surf camp courses, school surf programs, and additional activities including mountain biking, kayaking, Bells Beach tours, school camps and corporate packages. Lessons cover surf safety, etiquette and board control, run at a maximum instructor-to-student ratio of 1:8, and are offered at Torquay Surf Beach, Anglesea Main Beach, Lorne Beach and Ocean Grove Beach depending on conditions.
