Offshore surf shop, based in Broulee, New South Wales, traces its history to 1992 when it opened as Mad Gear. Current owners Brett and Ned took over the business in 2019, and the company also runs stores in Moruya and, since acquiring Narooma Surf n Skate in July 2022, in Narooma. The shop specialises in surf hardware, stocking a comprehensive range of surfboards for beginners through to professionals, wetsuits, swimwear, apparel, footwear, eyewear, bodyboards, and accessories, and offers surfboard and stand-up paddle board hire as well as trade-ins. Brands carried include Rip Curl, Billabong, Quiksilver, Vans, Hurley, Thrills, Afends, Vissla, Creatures of Leisure, Ocean and Earth, and FCS.
